IMPORTANT INFORMATION

Deposit and Payment: A $250.00 per person cruise deposit is required at the time of booking.  Final payment is due on or before June 15, 2008. Payments may be made by credit card or check.

Proof of Citizenship: Each passenger must bring proper proof of citizenship. A VALID PASSPORT IS REQUIRED. Anyone without proper proof of citizenship will be denied boarding.

Airfare, Transfers and Hotel Packages: Please call us for quotes for airfare and hotel packages. Roundtrip transfers from the airport in Rome to the ship in Civitavecchia are available through the cruise line for $170 per person. Air schedules must meet Royal Caribbean’s criteria for arrival and departure times.

Pre-Registration for Your Cruise: After booking your cruise you will receive a booking number. Please go to www.rccl.com   Go to “Before You Board” and then click on “On Line Check In.” Fill out the on line Guest Registration Form and print a receipt for your records.

Where to Board the Ship: The Navigator of the Seas will be docked at the pier in Civitavecchia which is approximately an hour drive from the airport in Rome.

Cancellation and Refunds: If a cancellation occurs, the following charges will be assessed:

All cancellations must be received in writing. Name changes or additions will be allowed at Royal Caribbean’s discretion and are subject to cancellation charges and rate increases. In addition to the cruise line’s penalties there will be a $25 per person agency cancellation processing fee. Trip Cancellation and Interruption insurance is available and recommended.
