The above rates are per person, based on double occupancy, cruise only and subject to availability at the time of booking. Government fees and taxes of $42.03 and a fuel supplement of $20.00 are additional. Single rates are available upon request.

3rd/4th/5th Passenger Fares: When sharing with 2 double occupancy passengers: $369 for inside...$389 for ocean view...$439 for suites. All rates are subject to change before booked.

Note: There are a limited number of cabins on this ship that will hold 5 passengers. Call for details. Category 11 has a maximum occupancy of 3 - Category 12 may accommodate 5.

IMPORTANT INFORMATION

Deposit and Payment: A $150.00 per person cruise deposit is required at the time of booking. Final payment is due on or before May 15, 2009. Payments may be made by credit card or check.
Fab Four Event Fee: A $200 registration fee is due along with your deposit. This may be paid by check payable to Cruises Cruises Cruises or by Visa, MC or Discover. Please fill out the Registration Form and send it along with your payment.
Proof of Citizenship: Each passenger must bring proper proof of citizenship. A VALID PASSPORT IS REQUIRED. Anyone without proper proof of citizenship will be denied boarding.
Airfare & Transfers: Please call us for an air quote. Roundtrip transfers from LAX to the ship are available for $52 per person roundtrip (price is subject to change). Carnival requires that you arrive no later than 1:30pm on the day of embarkation (July 20th) and that you schedule a return flight no earlier than 12:30pm on the day of disembarkation (July 24th)
Where to Board the Ship: The Carnival Paradise will be docked at the Port of Long Beach at the Long Beach Cruise Terminal, 231 Windsor Way, Long Beach, CA 90802. Parking is available adjacent to the cruise ship terminal.
Pre-Registration for Your Cruise: After booking your cruise you will receive a booking number. Please go to www.carnival.com Type in your booking number and fill out the Fun Pass. Download and print it and bring it with you to the ship.
Gratuities: Carnival will charge approximately $10 per person per day to your onboard account for gratuities for your cabin steward and dining room stewards.
Cancellations and Refunds: If a cancellation occurs, the following charges will be assessed:

Cancellation Penalties begin on May 21, 2009. All cancellations must be received in writing. Name changes or additions will be allowed at Carnival's discretion and are subject to cancellation charges, change fees and rate increases. Cruises Cruises Cruises reserves the right to cancel this event due to lack of participation in which case you will receive a full refund. Trip Cancellation and Interruption insurance is available and strongly recommended.
